The customer service was very good the waiter was attentive The food was pretty good The bottle of wine shouldn’t have costed so much being an off brand But Kim and his daughter gave an amazing show. My niece loves Mr.Waters and when sh yelled out don’t hurt and he in turn responded sent her out of space I like that the Birchmere is large enough that no one had to stand and no one was in the way Thank you we will be back

It's nothing new Mr. Waters always puts on a great show and with the addition of his daughter it was extremely wonderful to see them blending their music forms together . Whenever he's in town one of his shows is definitely worth the money.

Kim plays steady smooth jazz sounds & songs, but the highlight was his daughter, Kayla showing up & playing her new song, “Undulation” at the end of the show! Second negative experience @ Birchmere with trying to get Uber to pick up with traffic congestion - suggest a designated lite stand for patrons at the Mt Vernon Ave entrance.

Kim is a hell of a sax player .. I would Still be trying to catch my breath if I had to do that ..

I have been listening to Kim Waters for years..first time seeing him live...his daughter joined him for the finale...and trust me they did that!

From start to finish this show was outstanding and totally was worth every penny. Not only did Kim Waters and the band rock the house musically; but the audience engagement was ripped. Extra bonus joint Kayla and Kim Waters duet was a stunner. Can’t wait to he returns to Alexandria❤️❤️❤️🎶🎶🎶

Kim Waters is very talented, especially when he can showcase his sensuous tone and phrasing. His backup quartet is very tight! Yes, he can hold a high note forever, but one or two demonstrations per set is sufficient. Late in the set there were several semi-funny stories that were mumbled and very hard to understand. His daughter stole the show with her time on stage late in the set.

Kim waters show was awesome and we got a special bonus. His daughter performed with him.

I was fortunate to be seated with Kim Waters family. Kayla was fantastic as was her father Kim Waters. Loved it and it turned out to be a wonderful afternoon concert. Thanks You KTSU

The venue for this extraordinary jazz artist did not do him service. If you sat up close you could appreciate the sounds from the performers, understand what he was saying and hear the voice of his daughter. This Galveston convention center is not designed for master artists. The speakers are likely the biggest issue. Real quality speakers would allow for everyone to enjoy the music and hear what is being said. I will not recommend nor be attending anymore productions in this facility. This facility did not provide the output of his sound that his music deserves.
