My daughters had so much fun. Good show. Good family fun. The music and dancing had the kids on their feet. Must see
Took my grandson to this show, and he really love it.
Wow what a party! My kid loved it. My 2 gripes: 1. It was LOUD. 2. spin did a cool spinning ring thing. And ghosty just kind of jumped and kicked around. I wish she flew or did more aerial stuff.
Paid $500 to sit in seats that had rain water leakage. We expected so much from disney event. Sound system was horrible
excellent experience, very beautiful but in the end we would have liked all the characters to appear
The event was pretty fun. The cast does a great job of staying high energy even though the audience is clearly tired parents and wide eyed toddlers. I was disappointed that they didn’t have more characters, as was my daughter who was expecting to see the Super Kitties and only got one Kitty. We upgraded to the VIP Experience, which included a 90 second meet and greet photo op with 3 characters in a poorly lit hallway, a cheap bag of a couple of snacks, and some coloring tables next to a DJ playing too-loud music in a crowded room. I don’t recommend paying the extra cost for this experience unless you just hate money and like to watch it burn. Either way, it’s a cute event, but I’d say go for the cheap seats and you’ll be just fine.
This was basically an infomercial of all of the shows. I know kids stories don't have the best writing but spoiler alert the costume party is like 30 seconds long. There was a distinct feeling of being a have in the first few rows to being a have not in the rest of the theater. it went long for starting at 6pm. Past my kids bedtime. Which is not horrible but my kid is 4 so it was manageable- many of the other kids there were 3 or younger. Wasn't impressed and my kid left crying because their favorite character didn't come to the 30 second party. So, congrats for making my kid cry.
It shouldn’t matter who bought the tickets. I had the names of me and grandson but they made the person who bought the tickets show up also or I couldn’t get the tickets. That process should be easier instead of harder. Plus I couldn’t get anyone to help me or at least tell me I could have just brought a picture of the drivers license if the person who bought the tickets. Would have been easier and less stressful. Because the person had to come with us from a different city and wait in car until after the show. And what about snacks and refreshments? All we received was a juice box and a snack bar. So the additional price for a VIP only got a pic with 3 characters.
I took my son to see this because he loves Mickey mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Spider-Man. We had good seats but felt squished. Also didn’t see much of the Disney characters we were hoping to see. We decided to leave a little early and beat the crowd since we didn’t care to stay anyways.
Everything was great with the exception of the concession stand at the venue, and it was fine but there was a 5-15 minute wait on popcorn for this event. 5-15 minute wait on popcorn for a kid’s event. If it had just been my daughter and I, she would have missed 15 minutes of the show waiting on popcorn. Luckily we had another adult with us that took her to the seats and she got to enjoy the show while I waited on popcorn. We have been to this venue numerous times and love it. The show was nice and more than bearable for the grownups. My 5 year old daughter loved it.
