First off, I'm a HUGE fan of Pat. Loved him on Sienfield and when he had his own sitcom, Rules of Engagement. I had not known he was a stand up comedian. After the event, I'm sure he still isn't. The format, he reads out of a book, like he reads his lines in The Tic, was at first very cool and different. As the night played out though, it seemed his sidekick was the main show (and he was OK/Good).
Pat would read a very comical letter to a company, and then pick a voice for his sidekick to read the response to his letter. Not sure if it was good in the beginning because it was new or if because the voice impressions were good, but at the end of the show, the impressions and show in general were fizzling out. I think a group of people left early. Bummer that Pat didn't stick around for pictures or autographs after the show. All in all, it was an experience but the main person of the show wasn't Pat sadly.
