The Clintons on Tour

When two of the most famous living figures in the history of American politics (who also happen to be married to each other) decided to connect with the public in a more personal way than ever before, the idea of their 2018-2019 'An Evening with the Clintons' speaking tour was born. In the midst of a turbulent and confusing political landscape in the United States, Bill and Hillary Clinton knew they could bring at least a moment of clarity, and hopefully some inspiration, to fans across the U.S. They planned for their tour to present not only the most fascinating stories from their years in the public eye and at the forefront of the U.S. government, but also an opportunity to engage with the audience. And it's not every day that you get the chance to talk with two of the most important American politicians of the modern era.

The Clintons Background

Born in Arkansas in 1946, Bill Clinton first met Hillary Rodham while they were both attending Yale Law School in 1971. They married in 1975, and by '77 Bill had become the Attorney General of Arkansas and Hillary had taken up a spot with the renowned Rose Law Firm. Bill became even more important to Arkansas when he became the state's governor in 1983, a position he held until 1992. When President William Jefferson Clinton was inaugurated in 1993, it represented a new day for America. He and his First Lady Hillary presided over an unprecedented boom period for the country that lasted two consecutive, historic terms and defined an important era in U.S. history. While the President remained active after his second term, it was Hillary's turn in the political spotlight, and she became a U.S. Senator for New York in 2001, holding that position until she became Barack Obama's Secretary of State in 2009. With her 2016 Presidential campaign, she became the first woman to win a Presidential primary in either of the two major parties. Both of the Clintons remain actively engaged in politics, and they have also become involved with a multitude of organizations focused on effecting positive change in our nation.

    This was totally....

This was totally worth going to! Bill can't get the teen age girls off of his mind, and Hillary can't stop throwing things at him. Well, that was the worm up act. The rest of the 2 hours was just as humiliating for them! Hope there's a 2021 tour next year! Too Funny!!
