Hello Dolly show was wonderful
Oriental Theatre (Will become Nederlander Theatre on Feb 12) - Chicago
Performers in Hello Dolly, especially Nic Rouleau as Cornelius, were unbelievably talented. All gave a wonderful performance.

Nice production but disappoin substitute for Dolly
Oriental Theatre Chicago - Chicago
The production was well done but my overall experience was poor due to a poor substitute for Betty Buckley. Did not have much enjoyment as Dolly is the star attraction. Best performance by actor playing Cornelius.

Hello Dolly!!!!
Oriental Theatre Chicago - Chicago
Hello Dolly! in Chicago was absolutely outstanding!! From the choreography to the singing, the show was the best thing I’ve ever seen. Betty Buckley is one of the best performers ever, and if you have the chance to see this musical, go before the parade passes by!

This is why I love Musical Theater
Oriental Theatre Chicago - Chicago
Hello Dolly has always been one of my favorite shows. I was very excited to see this production and it didn’t disappoint. Betty Buckley was wonderful. She played Dolly Levi like she was born to the roll. She was so natural and seemed to be really enjoying herself. The supporting players were just amazing. One was better than the next and they all played their roles with grace and spunk and fun. And all together they formed an ensemble that brought me to tears a few times. Their voices melded together into one spectacular chorus. And the dancing was beautiful too. Technically Hello Dolly was unbelievable and so well done. The sets, drops, lights were perfect. The costumes were just what was needed and made for a beautiful focus on stage. I could keep going on but I hope I’ve said enough. This is the way Broadway Musicals should be. I think it is proof that “old time” musicals don’t have to be redone to bring them up to fate. They are just fine the way they were originally conceived. After my last theater experience I almost didn’t by tickets for Dolly and I am so glad I did.
