My husband and I saw it on Broadway in NYC several years ago, and when I saw the productions was coming to Chicago I quickly bought tickets for my daughters and me. I was equally delighted with the NYC and Chicago productions. Don’t miss it!

by MisTee on 9/28/22CIBC Theatre - ChicagoI saw the movie in 1997 when it came out and I have always remembered the beautiful songs especially Once Upon a December. I don't recall everything from the movie so I can't say how much of the musical was true to the original script, so I'm not judging based on that. The musical was hands down magical! Great effects and down right entertaining from beginning to end. Both my daughter and I loved it!

by Bird girls on 9/28/22CIBC Theatre - ChicagoOur group loved Anastasia SO much. We went for my daughters 8th birthday and she wasn't the only one enchanted by this beautiful story. There's always the danger that a production may not live up to a beloved (in our case) movie, but this show surpassed the movie in so many ways. From the costumes, talent, sets and cast - we loved every moment and left in tears. Kudos to all cast and crew involved - this is a must see!

by Danny on 9/28/22CIBC Theatre - ChicagoThe cast was great, all amazing singers and dancers! The costumes, lighting and sets were very beautiful. The woman playing Anastasia was a good singer but her pace seems either too slow or too fast at times. She was not very expressive either.
