These guys were the opener and did just that; opened a can of awesome! Instead of trying to look like their favorite band, they obviously have worked on sounding like them. Their work has paid off so go see them!
It was an awesome show! There were 4 tribute bands (Foo Fakers, Clone Temple Pilots, Rusty Cage, and Alyson Chayns) and they all did great job imitating the sound and personalities of the original bands. The guy imitating Chris Cornell was impressive! They played a good mix of songs--some radio friendly, and lots of awesome tracks from the album that only real fans would know. I should have invited more friends. PS. We were sober!
