    Bad experience

    by Gabby on 7/5/23

The concert itself was okay. The guitarist seemed to be the only person to actually appreciate the fans. I just had a bad experience with Alex due to her personality which came off as pompous. Things are definitely her way or the highway... when I politely requested her to sing a song I really liked by her she basically told me off instead of just saying she couldn't sing it due to licensing issues. Its okay if she just didn't want to sing the song but It was just the way she said things that were really mean and definitely ruined the experience. She seemed nice to others but I just didn't like how she handled the communication with me also she just was not appreciative and I will not be listening to her after that. It just really left a bad impression on me. The only reason that I know it was due to licensing its because my partner addressed her on social media and she eventually posted a vague comment on twitter addressing the fact she will not play the song live. All in all she definitely needs to work on her interactions with fans if she doesn't want to lose them like she did me.

    All good except

by Concertguy1 on 8/15/22The Moroccan Lounge - Los Angeles

Great performance, very talented musician. Really enjoyed the rendition of Faith Hills This Kiss. I was disappointed that she did not do her huge hit song which was in the very successful movie Mitchell’s vs Machines. What a great song from the movie called On My Way. It’s an upbeat, fun song that’s very catchy. I think that the audience would have loved hearing it. Some artists choose not to do the song that makes them famous.
