Dave always makes the multi-night concert runs feel like such a magical experience, from the opening artists to the visual artists, the after parties that popped up last second; everything about Nola was top notch and sounded great to boot! Could not have asked for a more perfect crowd or a more delightful weekend.
Amazing experience! Definitely one for the books! The theater is a must see. And Tipper and Friends need no explanation.

The theater was absolutely gorgeous and for the most part ran very well! There was a few security guards who caused problems for no reason but other than that the staff was incredible!
One of the most amazing things i have ever experinced
I always have the highest expectations going to any Tipper & Friends event and somehow my expectations are blown out of the water ten fold every time. I walked into the Saenger Theater with my friends and we all felt like we were going to experience an opera or something of that magnitude. The architecture, mood lighting, and stars on the ceiling all created such an incredible ambiance. Then we move into the performing artists. From the DJs to the Visual Artists, it really was top tier. To top everything off, Dave brought in the first night with two visual artists, three dancers, and one of the most properly selected and mixed DJ sets I’ve ever experienced. A truly unforgettable evening. Day 2 was just as special as the first, everyone just sat in their seats in awe as we got lost in the downtempo beats. Day 3 was on a whole different level though. Starting the night off with a beautiful memorial service as Virga played in the background brought everyone to tears. Psychedelic Movie night kicked off with many shorts being played to some of the most iconic songs in psychedelic music. Tipper and Johnathan Singer really did something profound on Sunday night. I would almost argue it to be a level of hypnosis at an auditory and visual level. I couldn’t help but be brought to tears throughout the whole set. The whole crowd came together and danced as Dave took us from ambient into downtempo. I can not thank Dave, the team, and the employees of the Saenger Theater enough. This weekend is a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life. Until next time.... -Andrew

The awe inspiring theatre was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable places I have ever been to. Incredible architecture combined with stunning decor and incredible lighting. The quality of the event filled every breath I took while I sat back and watched some of the top tier musical and visual artists of my generation. Absolutely loved it and I look forward to any future events of this caliber at this wonderful location.
Had a super fun time at Nightmare and saw so many great artists! Really hope they do it again next year and definitely hope they bring Tipper back. My only complaint is about one of the security guards at the entrance. On the first day once me and my group got through my friend lightly tripped over his own feet and stumbled. Security guard swooped and kicked him out without even talking to him. They thought he was drunk I suppose. I went over and was told he could argue with the cop outside. The cop just said that he can’t do anything about it... sad times for my boy. We all got in night two thankfully and had a great time.
