SONU NIGAM IN CONCERT:
As one of India's most revered playback singers, Sonu Nigam is responsible for the pitch-perfect vocals lip synced by numerous Bollywood superstars over the years. His talents aren't just confined to behind-the-scenes roles, however -- an electrifying dancer and performer, Nigam has also had an eminent career as a solo artist, boasting more than two decades of beloved recordings. Hot off the heels of a successful 2013 collaboration with superproducer David Guetta, Nigam is set to dazzle on his 2014 tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Indian-born Sonu Nigam began performing at parties and weddings with his father at age three. At age 19, the two moved to Mumbai to launch the young Nigam's Bollywood career, which began with roles as a playback singer and a commercial voice actor. In 1995, Nigam became the host of Sa Re Ga Ma, a popular televised singing competition akin to American Idol. His breakout as a solo artist came just a few years later with the 1999 release of Deewana, a collection of romantic songs that remains one of India's top-selling albums. Over his decade-spanning career, Nigam has released more than 25 albums while continuing to tour to adoring fans around the world.

It was best night relieving the old and new songs sung by Sonu Nigam. Show started on time without any breaks and continues entertainment. Crowd was part of every songs and was fun to sing along with Sonu Nigam.

Sonu Nigam started 5 mins before time and played for entire 3 hours non stop, absolutely unmatchable energy and dedication, he also ensured the audience is well involved and singing all along! I would definitely go again, truly a gifted singer and extremely talented musician, kudos to the orchestra team too for putting up a brilliant show!
A wonderful concert that started right on time and went all the way right until the allowed time. 3 hours of a wonderful one man show who had the crowd going through all the emotions with his stories, humour and sensational singing voice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone that is a fan of Sonu Nigam, you will not regret it and it will be unforgettable.

We respect him for being so punctual! So well organized and his performance and energy were amazing! Wish he sang more of his own songs rather than Rafi's but it was still amazing
The organization was excellent. Right from parking, to cheking into the venue, everything was very convenient. The concert was a breathtaking audio visual experience. Sonu Nigam's energy is unmatched! A true legend! The food was overpriced and definitely didnt live up to the price. Seats were comfortable. The illuminating bands were a welcome addition and added to the surreal atmosphere.
Please bring back Sonu Nigam to The Chicago Theater or Lyric Opera House. He doesn’t deserve Now Arena to show case his beautiful music. That arena doesn’t have good sound quality, neither it has good seats or clean bathrooms. Felt sad. He is a hardworking, extremely talented musician. Chicago needs to treat him better than this. Thank you, Sonu Ji. In very near future, hope to hear Sonu Ji’s classical and semi classical music in an A listed venue in the Chicago.
