by NattyK310 on 11/22/17Cadillac Palace - ChicagoStereotypes placed on children, jokes done in poor taste, a disgusting un-likable main character that gets kudos for doing nothing spectacular. This musical was so awful had I not been there with a group of people I would of walked out for sure. I cringed so many times at the terrible humor that was tacky and inappropriate. I also HATED how Patty who was a strong female who obviously had worked for the success in her life was portrayed as a nagging annoyance and Dewey who was whiny and free-loader was the hero. It was just bad all around.

The young lady who played the shy child who sang Amazing Grace and the performance solo knocked the vocals out of the park.
