    Cincinnati @ Pitt

by lilmoli on 11/7/11Heinz Field - Pittsburgh

Tino Sunseri must have taken a page out of Rod Rutherford's ball handling manual the way he carried the football in this game. You could just feel that someone at sometime would cause him to fumble because of it and they did. Terrible officiating, especially the phantom clip on the kick return and the linesman's inability to correctly spot the ball. The umpire used improper mechanics on the ineligible down field call and the referee blew two fumble / incompletion calls. In any event, Pitt looked good and should have emerged with a win.

Unfortunately, the wrong team won, but the band show was great. 100 Years! The Pitt Bands have a great history, and made the event worth while.

Make sure that you have parking reservations ahead of time.. there was NO parking to be had 2 hours before game time.. All parking was reserved. We had NO idea that you had to reserve a spot anywhere withing a mile of the stadium. I found out that I was in GENERAL seating and that people ther paid $30.00 for their seats while I paid $75.00

    Great game....fabulous view!

by Anonymous on 9/26/11Heinz Field - Pittsburgh

We enjoyed the Pitt-Notre Dame experience at Heinz Field very much. Our seats had a great view of the field and the action on one side, and a breathtaking view of the rivers, the city, and the beautiful area around the stadium on the other. We have one major complaint, however. We should have been notified that we could not bring anything larger than 8 1/2 x 11 into the stadium, as we parked in the city and could not return my wife's purse to the car. My son and I were already in the stadium when she learned she could not bring her purse in, and she had to go to the Science Center to rent a locker....as did MANY other fans. This information should have been conveyed to us so we could have planned accordingly. This experience took away from our total enjoyment of the afternoon.

    Game great, available parking STINKS!!!

by Anonymous on 11/28/10Heinz Field - Pittsburgh

Great football game, WVU won! If you are looking to park anywhere near the stadium, forget it!!! All parking near Heinz stadium was presold! A parking garage was available which was located 3 blocks away at a cost of $50.00!!! We ended up parking on the north side near CCAC in a church lot for $25.00.

    Terrible plays called by coaches..........

by parentofsenior on 11/28/10Heinz Field - Pittsburgh

Never recommend attending W VA games or Cincinnati Games- nasty fans Horrible game - looked like Pitt never showed up for the game Coach looked confused and why doesn't he listen to the coaches on the side lines talking to the players, he IS the head coach and obviously they only know 3 plays. up the middle -up the middle - and the stupid never works one that they run sideways and either gain a yard or lose to an interception. Worst plays ever called against a team that has a terrible record coming into the game. Need to find a quarterback, he's afraid of getting hit. Something needs to change in the football program. Worst it was senior day - special day for the seniors and the professional students that will never be students again after this season.
