Phum Viphurit is an indie-pop singer-songwriter from Bangkok, Thailand, and broke out in 2018 with the single “Lover Boy.” He began releasing music in 2014 after signing with the Bangkok-based indie label Rats Records. His debut album, Manchild (2017), included the single “Long Gone,” which amassed over 18 million views on YouTube. Phum toured worldwide in 2018 and 2019, playing festival stages like Summer Sonic in Japan and Tropicalia in the U.S. In January 2023, he released his second album; the soulful and colorful The Greng Jai Piece was described by NME as a “triumphant snapshot of an already celebrated singer-songwriter coming into his own.”

His music is the best, the concert was really loud (I forgot my concert earplugs), but it's just as loud as any other concert (I was deaf for a day). I really love how interactive he is with his fans, from social media to in concert, he is good at giving people undivided attention. It was definitely one of my more favorite concerts even though I'm not used to standing for that long, it got painful towards the end because of my sciatica T T.

by Will on 9/22/23Constellation Room - Santa AnaTruly a magical experience, Phum was a true artist, musician, and performer! His whole band was exemplary. They all exuded such a genuine and wholesome demeanor, it was hard to not grin the whole time. It's also rare artists are as good live as they are on recordings, especially after being on tour for 17 previous shows. A must see if you haven't already.

I had looked phum viphurit and mild orange up prior to the show on YouTube. I absolutely loved the show. They sounded better than the records. Not usual for many shows I see. They had fantastic energy and just did a great job performing. So worth the ticket!!!! Definitely looking for them if the come back to town again.
