No musical has ever held you like JEKYLL & HYDE. The musical thriller that haunted Broadway for nearly four years has been reborn… reimagined… and reenergized with two brand new stars – Tony® Nominee Constantine Maroulis and Grammy® Nominee Deborah Cox.
This dark and dangerous love story returns in a stunning new production that includes all the classic songs (“This is the Moment”, “A New Life”, “Someone Like You”) that first grabbed audiences by the throat and transformed JEKYLL & HYDE into a four-time Tony Award nominated theatrical phenomenon. Conceived for the stage by Tony and Grammy Award nominee Frank Wildhorn and Steve Cuden, JEKYLL & HYDE features a book & lyrics by two-time Oscar winner, Emmy winner and four-time Tony Award nominee Leslie Bricusse, music by Frank Wildhorn, and direction & choreography by Tony Award nominee Jeff Calhoun.

I wasn't overwhelmed with these performances. couldn't follow the story;
Too bad this closed :( the lead voices were all truly phenomenal. Good staging and direction I thought, too.
Storyline was a little dark, but the cast was so phenomenal, it made the show great.
This was better than expected. Funny jokes, nice songs, Deborah Cox was amazing.
I loved this show. The story was compelling and powerful, and Constantine was phenomenal, going back and forth between the two characters.
I don't usually care for the 'dark' musicals but I was captivated by this one. To watch Constantine's transition from good to evil throughout the play was absolutely amazing! His vocal range was no less than superb! And Cox who is a personal favorite of mine did not disappoint. I chose this show because of the two musical trailers and when I saw them again live, chills ran up and down my spine!! In my opinion this show was the surprise of the season and Maroulis gave a Tony award winning performance. Great chemistry between Maroulis and Cox.
Constantine was amazing as Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde. Such a powerful performer. So glad I was able to see this show before it ended.
I was never a fan of Constantine when he was on American Idol, but his performanace was soooo amazing.. The role was a very demanding one and I can't believe his talent. I'm sorry to hear that it was the last show, because I would have definitely seen it again. I would have to say that it is one of favorite plays, along with The Phantom of the Opera!! I saw J&H on Sunday, May 12th, and it is Tuesday, and I still can't get it out of my head. That's when you know it was good, when it charaters are still in your HEAD!!!
How can you change arrangements of songs THAT much and still call it Jekyll and Hyde. The original ran for over 1500 performances! I know it didn't make it's money back but if it wasn't THAT broke why the heck are you trying to fix it THAT much. Soooooo disappointing. Felt bad for the actors. The opening of Act 2 was un recognizable and so disappointing. A rock tango? Really? And speaking of "rock".....the one thing you were paned for in the original was that alls Frank could write was a rock ballad and that there were too many of them......so why would you turn the ONE true love balled (Take Me As I Am) INTO a rock ballad!? Oh and (I Need to Know???) Oy...
