There were several thousand people at this event. There were 2 bars. One bar had 3 people working, the other had 2 people working. Multiple friends of mine were in line for a drink for over an hour, not exaggerating. Then, the drinks were $20 minimum for a single and up to $40 for a double. Very bad planning. It made so many people miss a huge part of the show. The lines were not organized in any way either, there were just tables with people huddled at the front waiting for their turn. Some production person came and took over (cut in front of line) for 30 minutes ordering drinks for people they knew in the line and outside the line. It was just a mess.
The lawn area thankfully had some tents placed which seemed to be setup for an event the next day which helped with rain cover on a very rainy night. However, from the lawn, you could not hear the music well. It did not seem that there were any speakers specifically for the lawn, just the main stage, so it did not feel as exciting. That said, it was great to see the freestyle performers and DJ Laz was amazing. The last act went on very late and there was a lot of stalling done after the prior performer while we waited which killed the energy. Security seemed to be appropriately staffed which is very important these days and was appreciated.
