Enrique Iglesias in Concert

A talented singer, songwriter and record producer, Enrique Iglesias is also known by another moniker: the King of Latin Pop. His album Sex and Love reestablished him as Latin music's most celebrated and sensual artist. He promoted this alluring album heavily during the Sex and Love Tour 2014 and the Enrique Iglesias and Pitbull Live 2017 tour. Iglesias's live performance are heavily attended, but they boast an intimate feel, complete with regular audience interaction. Although happy to perform solo, he often collaborates with fellow Latin artists, such as Becky G, to perform exciting numbers. His sensual voice makes concert attendees swoon, but he can also quickly get fans in party mode during upbeat numbers. No matter the music style or vibe, he boasts clear vocals and chemistry with his fellow performers. Greatest hits include "I Like It," "Hero" and, of course, the iconic "Bailamos." Iglesias has won hundreds of awards, including nearly two dozen Billboard Music Awards, three dozen Billboard Latin Music Awards and five Latin Grammy Awards. He was even named Most Fashionable Artist at the VH1/ Vogue Fashion Awards.

Enrique Iglesias Background

Born in Madrid to famous singer Julio Iglesias and journalist Isabel Preysler, Iglesias grew up in Miami and lived briefly in Belgrade. Music was always a large part of his life, even though his parents discouraged him from following his father's musical path. Rather than draw on his father's fame, he got his start by secretly recording a demo cassette and promoting it under the stage name "Enrique MartĆnez." He eventually reclaimed his name for debut album Enrique Iglesias, featuring several emotional ballads. This was followed by Vivir, which performed well on Latin charts. He took his style in a mature direction with Cosas del Amor. His international breakthrough occurred with the release of the single "Bailamos," which led to his first full-length English album Enrique. Since then, he has continued to make his mark on both Latin and pop charts with the infectious albums Insomniac, Euphoria and Sex and Love. Enrique Iglesias enjoys a vast international following. Many of his fans keep connected via Facebook and Instagram, where he shares insights from his tours and raises money for charitable efforts.

He’s one of my favorite artists, I love and enjoy listening to Enrique, he’s a heart melter. I love all his songs both Spanish & English though I don’t do much of Spanish but the lyrics one or 2 words I understand, I can pretty much understood the whole song. Please schedule a tour to California soon, thank you, your forever fan

I waited 20 years of my life to meet him I was a teenager when I lived in a humble house and without the possibility of accessing these events and I cried all night the day I arrived in El Salvador and I did not attend, today when I was great it was a triumph to see him in person and I enjoyed minute by minute their songs, my platonic love forever

Enrique & Ricky Tour with GUEST Sebastian

    by Maritza on 1/26/22

For those of you with your NEGATIVE reviews, I hope you choose to read my feedback. I’ve been to see Enrique on tour over 20 times, this is my 3rd time seeing Ricky & I saw Sebastian for the first time in Miami. Yes it’s true the most of Enrique’s shows typically start about 45 minutes late. This does NOT mean that he doesn’t respect your time. This actually means that he understands the chaos that happens in the arenas & nearby areas before a show. If you paid $500 to see them & YOU’RE stuck in traffic or stuck looking for parking, you will be glad the show started late. When Enrique starts late, this means, he is giving you more of his time & he’s NOT getting paid for it. He is already in the building waiting for all his fans to arrive. For those of you that say Enrique can’t sing & he’s JUST a studio artist. You’re dead wrong! I agree with you that he should sing more & participate a little less with his fans, however, this IS a matter of opinion. Some of his fans actually prefer the opposite. I happen to agree with having more of him & less of the fans but again it’s a matter of preference. Enrique CAN sing in a studio & ON STAGE. He just loves to be around his fans probably more than he likes the rest. If you have something negative to say to him or to any artist, the polite thing to do is sent them a PRIVATE message. This negativity is not kind. In regards to the many people complaining about Sebastian not being in some of the cities, you feel like you were robbed because you PAID for 3 artist & only got two, well you’re also wrong. I too was very disappointed that Sebastian wasn’t in Orlando.šŸ’” However, we (never) paid for Sebastian. Sebastian was a GIFT! You never paid to go see Sebastian! LOOK at the name of the tour: Enrique & Ricky with special GUEST Sebastian. In fact, technically speaking you also didn’t pay for Ricky. Ricky was a commitment & yes he had to be there but Enrique ALONE always sells out all his shows & the COST would’ve been the same. You PURCHASED a ticket to see ONE artist who is GLOBALLY recognized as a living legend & you saw 3 for the price of one so STOP complaining & be grateful that you paid for one & got two & some of you got 3. If Enrique stand in one spot & sings all his song 100% of all the lyrics, we would be reading feedback of whiners complaining because he sang too much & ignored all his fans. No matter what he does he will never be able to please everyone. He is a LEADER not a people pleaser. Gratitude is the SPRINGBOARD of happiness.

    Enrique Rocked!

    by JWhyte on 12/23/21

Disappointed by Ricky Martin’s mailed-in performance. Enrique, however, really blew me away. It was the last day of the tour, and Enrique seemed to really feel it. He stayed extra, gave it his all, and the audience LOVED it. Really appreciated the feeling that he cared and felt something about his last show. I went from regular fan to HUGE fan. Will definitely go again to see him. Sorry Ricky - glad you went first. The Enrique part was fantastic.
