Who is David Copperfield?
David Copperfield's career in magic began when he was 10 years old, performing in his New Jersey neighborhood as Davino the Boy Magician. By the age of 16, he was a member of the Society of American Magicians and teaching magic at New York University.
Copperfield's decades-long string of top-rated, Emmy-winning television specials began in 1977, where he performed his unprecedented feats and illusions before TV audiences.
When not performing live at such storied locations as the White House and in his own Broadway productions, Copperfield has shared his signature combination of storytelling, stagecraft and magic with audiences worldwide. First presented in 2003, David Copperfield: An Intimate Evening of Grand Illusion toured venues and sold-out arenas across the US and the world. It regularly runs at the David Copperfield Theater at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
I always wanted to go to show when i was younger. Im glad had the opportunity to see him while he still doing shows. It was a great experience and i like ut was hands on with audience.
The amazing appearance of a car and spaceship was great as usual but there were many lag time moments and repeat performances from the last one we saw years ago. He had trouble pulling the alien out of box on one act and had to take it on stage to fix. One member of audience would not participate on stage after he embarrassed him and asked such a personal question that wasn’t funny. And asked other people questions like their bday and fav place they would like to visit??!! Left a bad taste in our mouth…

I have always wanted to attend David Copperfield but never had the opportunity. I am soo happy we got the chance to attend his show in Vegas this time. He was amazing. I am a believer and he didn't disappoint. He did a few of his tricks right in front of me and I am 100% convinced he has the magic touch.
While I throughly enjoyed the show and was truly amazed, my granddaughters ages 27 & 29 thought it needed updating.
The food was super expensive in there and already paid $200.00 a ticket and people in there were rude
Stunning show with many incredible illusions! Have wanted to see a Copperfield show for 20 years and finally got to do it! Even met the great man backstage afterwards for a selfie! 😊
After I booked the tickets I saw some negative reviews……definitely disregard those!!!! The show was fantastic, amazing and worth every penny!!! He got 2 standing ovations. His magic was great and his story telling/stage presence just as good!!!! Highly recommend! I would say it is a must see!!! It was fresh and new like he had just started doing the show. Thank you David Copperfield…..this was my 1st time to Vegas and you helped make it memorable💜
Never close to anything I have seen on TV in his best days. Predictable. In addition, he brought my girlfriend to the stage and stayed starring at her in a inappropriate way. He also called another guy’s girlfriend of hot on the stage several times in few minutes.
All this show ended up being was David telling us his life story. By the end of the show only about 3 total magic tricks were accomplished. This was boring/a complete waste of money.
It was ok not worth the $232 I paid…it seemed like a daddy grieving therapy session. It wasn’t 90 minutes…it was 75 minutes. The theatre was like Helium Comedy Club in Philly… 4 people to a tiny A circle 14” table.ugh…my 17 year old son enjoyed it so I guess that’s all it matters!!
It was an amazing show and experience! Days later I am still trying to figure out how he got "that thing" in the theater lol
I was in the show 20 years ago and I recently went back in November 2021. The show was seasoned. No words to describe Live your dreams
David did a great job interacting with the audience but I wish he would have done more magic. He spent a lot of time talking and doing a story that included some magic. It was a let down at the amount of magic in the show.
We were disappointed. Definitely not worth the price of the tickets.
Very expensive photo shoot $45 US !!!!!, and to make it even worst the online photos are charged on top of the photo shoot. From this point of view it was disappointing. The show is very good and I recommended it.

Words cannot describe. I just kept turning to my son in disbelief 😊. Could watch over and over! Took my son to Vegas to celebrate his 30th birthday (and he loves magic) with tickets to Penn & Teller and David Copperfield. He also loved it.
Very happy with the show, the thing I like the most was that’s David involved the public!! Of course like The Who show!!
