This is the first CrossFit games in 4 years that there was no swimming involved. I thought this was for the fittest strongest athlete - but somehow these last two years are semi-climatic. Bring back the days of obstacle course, swimming events, events where the athletes don’t know the workouts until 30 mins before - come on Crossfit
I wish all crossfiteurs to live this experience at least once. The games and athletes are incredible, the atmosphere is crazy. It was a perfect week!

The event is great, vendors, facilities etc. But the one thing that struck me as odd was the need to always have your ticket, and with spotty wifi and tickets on phones it was really inconvenient. I don’t know why CF wouldn’t go to a tagged wristband model like many festivals. The band will let you through only the right gates. Ie only vip can access vip. Only coliseum tickets can go into coliseum. And the tag is linked to your credit card (loaded), for food and drink purchases, speeding up those lines as well.
Just an incredible venue for such an amazing experience. I found the entire event to be wonderfully constructed and left with an overwhelming amount of inspiration from the joy of seeing the worlds top athletes compete. Really hoping CFG stay in Madison just one more year so I am able to go again! Highly recommend.
Tried to transfer her ticket to my wife, but wouldn’t transfer. She has to login with my account to accept but then it still didn’t transfer. Transfer process is just really clunky and complicated.
Full week of excitement, always something to do, plenty to do from shopping to events. Madison club was awesome, also the Vallet parking was fantastic.
What an event! Unrivalled 4days of action and entertainment watching these talented athletes. Good variety of equipment vendors & seminars. Food on-site however leaves a lot to be desired.
This is really a 3.5 star review of the games this year. This was the first year I did not purchase coliseum and I was a bit disappointed in the festival. Crossfit eliminated the big screen that was in the common area; we heard from someone employed by Crossfit that they were trying to cut costs. Fans who only purchased festival tickets really had no where to watch the subsequent events of the day unless you stood around a vendor that had a TV. It felt as though there were way less vendors on site than the previous year(s). O2 was no where in site. Also felt like there were less food options than in previous games as well. The Festival atmosphere was just not as festive as it could have been.
I attended the CrossFit games Friday afternoon/evening with a friend. We did festival tickets due to pricing and general desire just to check it out. Besides vendor village and large areas for Rogue and NOBULL there were very few things to do. For so much potential with physical challenges, community building, etc. Even assuming this is intended to be a sporting event only and not a larger event, limiting the ability for individuals on the US to watch evening events due to a contract with ESPN+ was poorly communicated and disconnected those unable to attend in person. CF really underdelivered in event planning and delivery. Attending the Games confirmed that CF is nothing without the CrossFit community and the character displayed by athletes year-after-year. So much potential; so little follow through.
There was so much time between the age group events into their evening events in there wasn’t anything to do when she went through the vendor village. Lots of downtime, and it got boring. The event was too drawn out. You need to consolidate it and have the masters along with the individuals iThe event was to drawn out. Great facility but greater staff. Everyone we came in contact with was so kind and helpful.
Very well organized! Smooth and seamless event. Everything ran on time. Maybe more clarification for coliseum seating during general admission. Had some very rude people thinking we were in their purchased seats during the age group events.
The athletes in this sport are unbelievable. The events are varied and interesting. Great way to spend a week!

Amazing experience and may never be able to watch the CrossFit games virtually again. Information regarding schedules and workouts was not communicated well by CrossFit. Venue and property was great
The games were legendary! Amazing feats of human strength, a great venue, fantastic sound quality, and lots to see and do!
The ticket was described/advertised wrong. What I thought I had purchased was not what o got. The tickets were originally sold as a “coliseum” ticket. The tickets did not permit me to enter the coliseum. I actually only got to see one outdoor event! Extremely disappointing as I drove 2 hours to the venue.
