Missing seats
Spectrum Center - Charlotte
I was sitting in the box seats area L01-L03 and when I wanted to order some food to get delivered to my seat, my seat wasn’t on the list. I had to order for the seat two down from me. This is the second time this has happened. Please have all the seats listed in the app especially for those sections so that when people order food, it’s not going to seat or section down from me. Makes no sense not to have all the seats listed.

Could Be Better...
Spectrum Center - Charlotte
I absolutely love going to games and have always enjoyed the stadium. This past time we sat in section 112, which is the opposite side from our usual. My son, who has cerebral palsy, rides in a wheelchair but does not like to sit in it at game. So, the protocol is to take the wheelchair all the way to guest services on the other side of stadium,. We can't leave beside seat (which had an abundance of room or in alcove at section entrance. We have to protect the people in case they have to evacuate...What if he has to evacuate in an emergency and go to the bathroom? Also, when we left the employees act like it's a fire drill-leave the stadium was told so many times I wanted to scream while I was walking to Bermuda to get my son's wheelchair. Also, the no caps on the drinks suck-the floor was already sticky when we got there and then I also added to it by carrying four drinks with no tops. I spilled some all down my arm (do not like spending 400.00 on a Dr. pepper only to wear it). Also, the empty seats in wheelchair stayed empty he whole game. We asked in the 3rd quarter if I could sit with my mom and son (her fist NBA game) and we could not because someone may come in the 3rd (our seats were a row further down and we could have easily gone back to them if someone showed up). Anyone coming to the game in the 3rd quarter does not need to come. My mom loved seeing NBA players and we had fun. Only other thing was a fan was rude to an old man he she went and told somebody, and they told her to go to security?!?!?! She said the old man listened to the fan talk derogatory and ugly and he got up and left. He was an older African American wearing a Celtics jersey and the Charlotte Hornets white boy was cussing at him. She said it was so ugly and nobody would take up for the older man. I wish I knew his seat so that yall could gift him a ticket in a suite because he was treated unfairly. I know that is not the Hornet's fault-just feel bad for him. So, if you have trained people to keep the fans moving after game, make no exception to a wheelchair being up against a wall, and tops off of drinks-your employees exceeded expectations. It's just a lot to come to games-I will be paying payments on these tickets for a year and things could be a little more accommodating and they could give people a minute to breathe after game.

Cheap Tickets - Upper Level Seats - Great Game!
Spectrum Center - Charlotte
Picked up very cheap tix for Hornets basketball for our family. We were in the upper upper level of the Spectrum in Charlotte ........ but we had a great time! Rooting for our Hornets and laughing at muffed plays. Definitely will look for discount tix again for b-ball, concerts and other events.

This may have been my last Hornet game.
Spectrum Center - Charlotte
We went to see Steph but he and The Warriors were not challenged in any way by this sad group of professional athletes. The organization doesn't care and the fans don't care anymore. No draft pic will save this team for the next few years.
Charlotte Hornets at Spectrum Center
The Charlotte Hornets embark on their 18th season at Spectrum Center (formerly known as Time Warner Cable Arena and Charlotte Bobcats Arena), the crescent-shaped venue boasting expansive concourses and welcoming galleries with artwork unique to the Carolinas.

Charlotte Hornets History
The original Charlotte Hornets franchise joined the NBA in 1988, and, thanks to players such as Larry Johnson, Alonzo Mourning, and Kendall Gill (and, later, Glen Rice, Anthony Mason, and Jamal Mashburn), enjoyed substantial success in the decade starting with the 1992-93 season. Even with seven playoff appearances in those 10 years, owner George Shinn moved the franchise to New Orleans in 2002.
But the NBA returned to Charlotte for the 2004-05 season with the expansion Bobcats, led by owner Robert L. Johnson, the first African-American majority owner of a team in one of the four major sports. In 2010, Basketball Hall-of-Famer Michael Jordan took over majority ownership of the franchise, and in 2014, Jordan's team re-adopted the Charlotte Hornets name after the previous New Orleans Hornets became the Pelicans.
During the 2017-18 season, four-time All-Star Kemba Walker became Charlotte's all-time leading scorer, surpassing original Hornet Dell Curry.
