About

Although he started young, Bow Wow continues to succeed even after striking the Lil' from his name -- from albums like 2009's New Jack City II to his 2012 collaboration with T-Pain "Better," Bow Wow has displayed a level of maturity that belies his teenage beginnings. His live shows are a high energy affair, with a raw, stripped down vibe that makes the rapping (and him) the center of attention. Those lucky enough to get tickets will see Bow Wow work the stage from end to end, always engaging the crowd while delivering his signature rhymes. They'll also see more than a bit of swagger as Bow Wow often goes shirtless, showing off his many tattoos. The ladies won't mind that. Material from "Underrated," like the singles "Better" and "We in Da Club," show Bow Wow maturing and broadening his style as he works with collaborators, such as T-Pain, Lil Wayne and many others.

The Columbus, Ohio native was first discovered by Snoop Dog when he was just six years old and has never looked back. In 2001, he (as Lil' Bow Wow) debuted with the hit album, "Beware of Dog," and quickly followed up with the platinum-selling "Doggy Bag." Along with later releases and dropping the "Lil'" from his name, Bow Wow also ventured into acting, with appearances in "The Fast and the Furious" films, "Madea's Big Happy Family" and a recurring role in the HBO series "Entourage." He never neglected the music, however, as he released 2009's "New Jack City II," which touches on the crack cocaine epidemic, and began work on his long-anticipated "Underrated." Today, Bow Wow is still as big of a success as ever.

    2000 Concert

by Kimbo on 3/24/23Cable Dahmer Arena - Independence

Everything went extremely well! From the parking, to getting inside in a timely manner. Restrooms and food stands were accessible, the only complaint were the lines to get alcohol

Flew all the way from ATL. The VIP could have been better organized but other than that the show was smooth!

Overall Great but some technical issues

by Jay on 3/22/23Cable Dahmer Arena - Independence

I enjoyed every bit of the artists! My heart was made hearing the songs I grew up with. My only complaints were how much smoking was happening in the arena. This was indoor and it wasn’t even packed out and I left with my hair and clothes smelling of smoke. The sound was great until the Bow Wow came out. His mic was clashing with feedback but everyone before was fine. I did feel like last half felt rushed not sure if the timing was off but the first acts compared to the last were a lot more chill in pace.

    Interesting

by Dior on 3/22/23Cable Dahmer Arena - Independence

So I want to start off by saying it seemed like Bow Wow was only on stage for 5 minutes. Sammie should not have been the first act! Webbie stole the show! The others were fine! But the in between local DJ was on point! Felt like we were at the club! Oh wait a minute! Where was Murphy Lee?

    Meet and Greet was wack!

    by Kay on 11/9/22

I enjoyed every bit of the concert! This was my 3rd time attending The Millennium Tour. I wanted to do something different so i purchased the meet and greet. Well if you ask me it wasn't a meet and greet! We lined up to take a picture with Bowwow and they had us move so fast that when it was your turn all you could do was smile and keep it moving lol it took about 5 seconds! Yall keep that extra money and buy a few drinks at the show!
