I'm 28 years old and have always been a fan. I grew up listening to his music. I've only seen Toby Keith in concert once. It was February 10th, 2022 at the San Antonio rodeo. I didn't know it at the time, but it was his last time performing at the SA rodeo. This was a few months before he disclosed his cancer diagnosis. Boy, am I glad I saw him when I did. Amazing singer, songwriter, performer, and man. His passing really got to me. RIP

Silently, the uniforms cry
When we the people criticize those who make the optimum sacrifice, to put on the uniform whether to protect our country or our communities. You joined us. You made the optimum sacriface. You watched silently while the uniforms cry silently. You saw war first hand. Knowing many wouldn't see their hometown again. You saw how devastating towns, cities, counties, or states become when the almighty comes twisting through. You don't think, you just do. It takes courage and strength to ask for help. We who wear the uniforms know that you made the optimum sacrifice. Thank you for serving the military, police and fire departments EMS and paramedics, doctors and nurses. Thank you for the memories. Thank you for being you. Thank you for serving the USA

Loved listening to ya you were always an amazing man and heaven got a great man. Hope you get to the country hall of fame so you will be remembered forever your "courtesy of the red white and blue"was an amazing experience and I always rewind and listen to it again because it is the "American way"to listen to you your an amazing person and god bless your family that they may remember you always and remember how much of a great person you were. Loved that your shows sold out and so many of your fans got to see ya before your passing. Cancer sucks!!!! Taking away so many great people. Thank you and we will always remember you as a great country legend
