Located in Auburn Hills off of I-75 North at Lapeer Road.
Accessible from exits 79 through 81.

Entering the Palace: Coming Southbound on I-75 - exit onto Joslyn Road (exit 83A) and follow signs to the arena.

Exiting the Palace: Going South: Follow M-24 to Opdyke Road South to M-59 East to I-75 Going North: Follow NOrthbound M-24, ge left (west) on Brown Road to Joslyn Road South to I-75 ramp.

Parking:

Parking fee starts $10 and up.
There are reduced parking fees for family shows.

Box Office Hours:

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed on Sunday.
On event days, opens at 10:00 AM.

Types of Payment Accepted:

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash and Personal Checks with proper identification are accpeted.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Main Box Office at the West entrance. Customers must have their Confirmation Number and Photo Identification.

Accessible Seating:

Customers needing Special Seating Arrangements should contact the Box Office prior to the event.

General Rules:

Cameras are allowed for Pistons and Shock games, but rarely for concerts.
Recording devices are not allowed unless otherwise noted.

Children Rules:

Children 2 and over must have a ticket whether or not they occupy a seat.

Miscellaneous:

The Palace announce increased security measures affecting fans will be implemented immediately.

1) There will be an increased security presence both inside and outside The Palace of Auburn Hills.
2) Briefcases and pocketbooks will be allowed in The Palace, but will be inspected at all entrance gates.
3) Large bags, coolers and large backpacks will not be allowed in The Palace.
4) Once they have exited, fans will not be allowed to re-enter The Palace for any reason.
5)All vehicles without proper identification must be parked at least 100 feet from The Palace, in arena-controlled parking areas.
