A fun show
by Mark on 4/10/24Rhode Island Convention Center - ProvidenceI enjoyed the RI Home Show, and the Flower Show exhibits were very nice but my favorite was the House of Brews. I hope this will become an annual thing.
We're sorry, but we couldn’t find any events. Try updating your location and date range, or use more general keywords.

I was very disappointed. I was looking so forward to going to see all the flower show had to offer. Well there wasn’t much to offer. It was a very small area in the back corner of the event. It was mostly all sales booths. what happened to the flower show. I’ll never go back there again.
Enjoyable. Love the flower arrangements/competition, especially the table displays! Understand that vendors are necessary but too many hawking the same things. Also liked the (small) art exhibit.
We went looking specifically for builders for an in law addition. At a home show you would think they would have some. Waste of money for us but if you needed any hvac work you had your pick of probably over a dozen 😉
Meh at best. Not much fun stuff, there was never anyone at the central nurseries exhibit to ask questions on Saturday afternoon
There were WAY TOO MANY booths selling home repairs. As I walked around, I rarely saw a person under 60 years of age. We’ve done all the upgrades for this life, I wanted to see more booths concerning garden/flowers/nature. The Central nursery display was beautiful, BUT where was the signage for the other gardens? We never saw it, and hence missed it. In past years, garden info was among the the repair, rebuild booths. The name of the show was the RI Home and Garden Show, but equal sharing of products was just not there.
My family enjoyed the home show. Lots of helpful vendors and interesting displays. For families with small children, like mine, it was difficult to have longer conversations as the children needed to move on and got bored after a few hours. Considering the vendors possible for such an event, you could benefit from a play set vendor with usable displays, learning/touch centers for young kids, plant based crafts, etc. This would let parents stay a little longer and engage with more vendors, and fewer melt downs. You could probably partner with local nonprofits who would staff the space and provide materials.
We thought the flowers would be amazing. We were so looking forward to it because Boston’s for 2022 isn’t scheduled. It felt like the flower show ended before it began. So small!
I’ve been going to the home show for as long as I can remember. This has to have been the worst one yet. No variety in booth displays. Repetitive with at least 4 booths for Anderson renewal windows, which seemed to just fill space. One construction company for home construction or additions. If it wasn’t Anderson windows it was another HVAC company. Disappointed.
