The Fantastic Experience
Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land - Sugar Land
The fantictic experience was being at the Bethel Music event with a theater full of Christian people listening to the inspiring music and testimony presented by the band. Also, there was time for prayer and praying over each others needs. The whole thing was a Christian's dream come true. I can hardly wait to go again. On the negative side, there was some confusion with the tickets. I had placed my ticketmaster tickets in my wallet but, they weren't the tickets needed at the gate. The gate needed tickets with a QR code not the ticketmaster code. So, after I calmed down and could think straight, the person the gate dire ted be back to the ticketmaster website app and we found the QR coded tickets. What a pain. Wishh there were still paper tickets.

Bethel Music is the true meaning of worship. They are FABULOUS! Loved everything about it, except I could have had 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 more hours. Lol!

The presence of God was in the room from the first song. I had a true encounter with the Creator of the Universe. He poured His Love into me, so I could share it with my family, friends and everyone I meet.

I was so very sad. I LOVE music. I could go in-depth into repetitive lyrics and flubs in the lines. But even worse was hitting us up for money and seeing a vision of a fruit bowl above someone’s head and they just needed to pray for them. I came for a concert. Music and fun. Not a revival.

This concert, worship service, was seriously so good. You could tell it was Holy Spirit driven and that He was speaking. They sound so good live, just legitimately such a talented group of singers, musicians, and did a great job at offering us a space to encounter God. The venue was of course amazing!

Bio
Bethel Music is a worship movement pursuing the presence of God and capturing fresh expressions of worship out of Redding, California. Bethel Music has grown from a local church music ministry to a global outreach made up of a collective of songwriters, artists and musicians. Brian and Jenn Johnson co-founded this movement in 2001; their mission was to raise up worshippers who take hold of their true identity and pursue intimacy with God above all else.
Since 2001, the Bethel Music collective has released 17 worship albums, the most recent releases being Homecoming (2021), Peace (2021), Simple (2022), each carrying a unique theme and featuring some of the most well recognized artists in the genre. In 2021, the label was nominated for 6 Dove Awards, and another 11 in 2022, spanning categories from Songwriter of the Year and Worship Album of the Year to Inspirational and Rock/Contemporary Songs of the Year.
As a youthful label of only 13 years, Bethel Music has broken records, ranking in CCLI’s top 25 songs since 2013. Their song “This Is Amazing Grace” has ranked in the top 25 songs since 2014, “No Longer Slaves” since 2016, and “The Lion and the Lamb” since 2017. In addition, “Reckless Love” has appeared in the top 10 since 2018 and “Living Hope” in the top 10 since 2019. Hitting a new stride over the last few years, Bethel Music has continually ranked at #6 in the top 10 radio market share.
