Disappointed
My husband and I were very excited to see this show because we had seen it in Manhattan a while back and it was amazing. The disappointment started with our seats at the St. George Theater, which were too low to be able to see anything on the stage, and continued with a show that was really for kids. We couldn't see any of the tricks at stage level and were very surprised that even their more complex tricks weren't very interesting. If we had known this show was geared towards families and children, we would have asked for a different show as a Christmas present from our daughter. Expensive and not worth it!

This was such a great experience. The show was amazing and it was good for children entertainment. The performances were magical and exciting and I recommend that everyone should see the show. It is a great family experience.

St. George Theatre - Staten Island
The show was okay. I expected it to be a little more entertaining and my seats were good but could not see stage from where we were . The stage needs to be set higher so the crowd in the back can see or put a video up. Would not recommend show in the future

Seats might make a difference
Bergen Performing Arts Center - Englewood
This was a last minute birthday gift for my niece and nephew and I chose cheap seats because there weren't many options left. I wasn't terribly impressed by the show and could not see any of the small tricks. They had a camera set up for one of them but the tvs were so small it didn't help either. Having better seats and sitting closer to the stage might have made it more entertaining.

It was a disappointment
Kodak Center - Rochester
Not what we expected. But maybe our expectations were not justified - if this was for kids show. The little kids in the audience loved it.

It was kind of a disappointment. I was expecting more.
Kodak Center - Rochester
It was a disappointment because it wasn't exciting like I've seen before. It was rather simple Magic with card tricks and nothing that was with a danger factor. The main one with the flame that would burn and clamp the cutter started okay but it ended with me knowing how it was done. Even the trick where the magicians poked a hole thru the gentleman's jacket. It was easy to see how that trick was done. There were a couple that were just okay. I paid $88 and my expectations were let down. I have no experience in knowing or performing the tricks but a couple of the card tricks I could figure out. I left with kind of an emptiness. It was around 2 hours with the intermission 1 hour in. I wasn't thirsty or hungry or didn't have to use the rest room. I was a the Kodak Center many years ago which was acrobatics. That was a thrill and kept me at the edge of my seat which was exciting. I saw a lot of acrobatic tricks. Masters of Illusion. They weren't very Masterful. They were fair to okay at best and they mainly just had card magic with 3 tougher illusions that weren't difficult to figure out. It was a 2 or 3 out of 5 in Entertainment. I remember on my 25th anniversary of working at Kodak, they had a private showing of a band from yesteryear. It was Herman's Hermits. That was a thrill for me. There were only 30 of us employees celebrating our 25th. I was only a small child when they were playing. I was 8 or 9 years old but it was very good. I thing Lou Gramm would have been good to see in hindsight but I saw Lou at the Penny Arcade in Charlotte at the Lake 40 years ago. I think I would have enjoyed that better. I guess I was just over expecting a better. You have a nice performance Theater. I love it at I like the Memories of The Theater on the Ridge. I worked a memorable 32 years at Kodak and I'll always remember. I do expect I'll be back again for another Venue.

Great entertainment
Kodak Center - Rochester
Went to the show not knowing exactly what to expect. Saw a few reviews that said that it was very much oriented towards children, Not sure where those reviewers are getting that impression. I thought it was a great blend of different magical styles and it was a really entertaining show. We had a blast and if they come to town again, I'm sure we will go again.I highly recommend it.
