    not good

    by wren73 on 3/30/14garrett coliseum - montgomery

I would not go again. So you want to make sure you buy tickets for the event ahead of time to save $5. It cost $20 at the door. Parking at our coliseum here in Montgomery was $5. Now be aware that you must also pay for tickets to do the gem mining, panning, geode cutting and face painting for the price of $2 per ticket or12 for $20. There was not enough employees and all of them but two were extremely rude or just plain embarrassing. The gem mining guy and the older checkout girl at the gift shop were very nice. They ran out of gem mining sand to pan with at 2:30. The event closed at 6. The face painting girl cut off the line to take a 30 min. break around 3 and there was not a backup. She said she had not had a break all day.The fairy garden looks like dolls dressed up and was a total of 12 feet long. No fairys dressed up for the kids as advertised on the website. There was a spongebob. Of course not sure what he had to do with dinosaurs or dragons. The animatronic dinos were okay but not worth the price. The inflatable attractions were were very nice, great for the kids. We spent a total of $135 for 4 people.

Children enjoyed the experience, but I expected more fosil items, yet overall my kids had a blast.

The Dinosauria Experience was a fantastic outing for my family and I. We had a fabulous time looking at all the dinosaurs. The kids had a great time experiencing some of the activities they partook in. The inflatable play area was by far the most exciting for the kids. They could have stayed there for hours.

    Dinosaurian RipOff

by ClarkClan on 2/19/14Reliant Center - Houston

Where to start? This event was not worth the money. The Dinosaurs were Super Mediocre at best, nothing you would expect, no fossil bones statues, Everything was a ploy to get more money. They were even saling rocks for money. I feel like the mine was a complete ripoff, to pay eight bucks to see sand and rocks (treasure) on the floor.

    Bouncy houses were best part

by MsChatelaine on 2/18/14Reliant Center - Houston

I liked the animatronic dinosaurs, but my kids (aged 5 and 7, plus friend's child aged 7) didn't spend much time looking at them. The fairy and dragon aspects were minimal and a child who went to see fairies and dragons would probably be disappointed. The real winner was the extensive bouncy house selection, plus maze. My kids played for hours on these and were totally exhausted afterwards. The bouncy houses weren't the reason we came but were definitely the reason we stayed.
