We were ready to catch!
Burton Cummings Theatre - Winnipeg
It was pretty wild! We had 6th row floor tickets and we really felt a part of the show. We all left with a great respect for the performers and their abilities. In the second half when the large rocking structure was turned towards the audience and railings were being romoved and the performers were launch out to the furthest reaches of the stage.....that got pretty intense. I hope Diavolo return to Winnipeg again but I think they need a venue with a larger stage so the they can bring more of their moveable structures. The show was also very short and sweet, 1 and a half hours long. I can only imagine that the performers were spent in that time for the amazing show of physicality but hopefully they can expand their crew in the future to be able to stretch the show longer. My family drove 4 hours to see the spectacle. All in all a brilliant show and I hope to see them again

Excellent family friendly show. Very athletic performances and strong props. A lot to take in visually.

Music Hall performance
Music Hall Center - Detroit
Diavolo was an amazing experience. Sat in the edge of my seat. Dancers were athletic, creative and graceful. Will want tickets again when they return to Detroit.

Fun but short
Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus
Diavolo is a fun show to watch, athletic and sensual with some originality. It does slow down in spots to wallow in emotion but the bigger problem is that it’s a fairly short show (2 acts 20ish minutes each with a 20 minute intermission) so I don’t think the cost of the ticket is quite justified.

See This Show...and Be Moved!
Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus
The Columbus Diavolo show was truly an artistic experience. Every performer displayed an intimate knowledge of the compositions and their execution was clean and inspiring. Each piece (2) was very complex and required an exhaustive array of mental and physical athleticism that was mind boggling. What an awesome experience for the performers and audience alike, and congrats to the founder and Artistic Director, Jacques Heim, for realizing his artistic vision and making it entertaining and accessible.

Spectacular
Palace Theatre Columbus - Columbus
Took my granddaughter for her ninth birthday. She had a fabulous time and especially appreciated being able to interact with the performers after the show. It was mesmerizing.

Unique and beautiful performance!
Tilles Center Concert Hall - Brookville
This was my first time seeing Diavolo, and it was like nothing I’ve seen before. During the show’s introduction, one of Diavolo’s staff described it as ‘a live abstract painting,’ and she wasn’t wrong. It’s was a really fascinating, emotional performance. The talent and athleticism of the performers was outstanding. I was most impressed to see how well they all worked together given the very diverse movement backgrounds of each of the performers. Excellent experience!

Superb! Amazing! Unique!
New Orleans
I recently saw this company do a superb show in New Orleans. It’s hard to imagine such creativity! The dancers were excellent, smooth, flawless, the choreography astounding! I highly recommend seeing this group. Anyone that thinks this performance is boring must be dead already.

Moving presentation
Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts - New Orleans
Although I’ve never had much of a mind for dance in the past, I’d hoped my wife would enjoy this performance. What I didn’t expect was to enjoy it so much myself. The choreography, use of lighting and music, and of course, the architectural prop pieces were all so in sync. Over all, the performance kindled an entirely new interest in dance in me.
