Signature Theatre - Arlington
My wife and I both agreed that "Soon" was one of the rare duds we've seen at Signature Theatre. Don't expect this "World Premiere" to go anywhere, at least not with the current cast. The male lead was a good singer, but just not a believable boyfriend... the female lead wasn't a good singer (or at least not of these songs). Sorry... we like most of what we see in the DC theatre scene, but not this one.

Regional Theatre Astounds!
Signature Theatre - Arlington
Outstanding, pitch perfect performances from all actors!! Taking the mundane (peanut butter and goldfish) and transforming them into something sublime: MAGICAL! The narrative arc was fun and playful and satisfying... The songs were performed with the comedic timing and gravitas you would expect from a much larger musical production! Really impressed! I will definitely be checking out this theatre again on my next trip to DC! Thanks from Kentucky!
