Amazing
So it was a bit different having two headliners playing back to back. I saw the squeeze 20 years ago and they are as Good as ever I knew every song. I never saw the Furs before but have always wanted to, and listened to Richards haunting voice through the 80s. I could see clear line of fans for squeeze because when The Furs came on some looked lost lol.. Seriously though The Furs were amazing I live in San Diego but so glad we came to Vegas most of the Vegas crowd loved the Furs the way I do. I had been listening to thier 2020 album " Made of Rain".. Guys!!!, from song to song its the best Furs album ever!! Give it a listen..!!! So I was more than ready when they played four songs from that album. They also played the hits and yes pretty in pink was amazing!!!! Great concert by both bands, the Furs were awesome loved everything they did!! Thanks guys!!! Such energy hopefully ill be dancing as well when im 67... !!!🎸

Good old rock and roll.
Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort - Las Vegas
Saw cheap trick wednesday night and psychedelic furs and squeeze saturday night and loved these shows. The palms pearl theater is a nice size venue and much more intimate than a lot of the big theaters in town. It's really nice to see bands that actually play instruments and you can hear them individually. Great to hear real drummer and guitars.
These bands have played together for some time and they were tight and sounded great.

Confused
Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort - Las Vegas
While I was so excited to see my favorite band, I thought it was so extremely rude of Squeeze to interrupt the Furs! So unprofessional and thoughtless. They made it about them instead of the paying customers! I was highly disappointed in Squeeze’s behavior! Shame on them!

Both Squeeze and The Psychedelic Furs were incredible! It was an honor to see these icons perform, and they were all in fine form. The evening surpassed our very high expectations, and the venue was excellent.

Disappointment
Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort - Las Vegas
The venue was great, small and intimate. Psychedelic Furs is one of my favorites bands of the 80's. The lead singer unique voice and the saxophone player were amazing. It was a great show until the lead singer from Squeeze walked across the stage, in the middle of a song playing some maracas; then he left the stage. It was an awkward moment! But this was not the worse, in the final song of the Psychedelic Furs, the whole band of Squeeze came out with brooms and started sweeping the floor! It was so confusing and chaotic. I was not sure if I was in a comedy show or in a circus. Squeeze really messed up the whole performance! It was disrespectful of Squeeze to interrupt the show, disrespectful to Psychedelic Furs and very disrespectful to the audience. I was very disappointed and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I know many people felt like me; you can hear people booing at the end. This was not what I expected, I have no respect for Squeeze. I would like to see Psychedelic Furs again but without Squeeze.

Squeeze was amazing. Great musicianship. Great vocals. Played to their strengths. Stood there, sharply dressed, and performed every hit in their catalog.
Psychedelic Furs were a shell of what they once were. There’s a fine line between nostalgic and past their prime. Sadly, it was uncomfortable to watch. I left after four songs. I couldn’t bear to watch any longer.
Bio
PSYCHEDELIC FURS IN CONCERT:
Immortalized by John Hughes' use of their song "Pretty In Pink" for his 1986 film of the same name, the Psychedelic Furs stand as one of the most commercially successful bands to originate from Britain's fertile late '70s punk scene. From the moody post-punk of "Sister Europe" to the soaring new wave of "Heaven," the band covers all their classic material at their nostalgic live shows, perfectly recalling the cinematic grandeur of the decade's pop music. On the road in 2013, the band treated fans to vintage guitar tones and frontman Richard Butler's iconic voice, building excitement for their 2014 tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Formed amid the UK's burgeoning punk scene in the late '70s, the Psychedelic Furs released their self-titled 1980 debut LP to chart success throughout Europe. In 1981, sophomore album Talk Talk Talk introduced them to American audiences, making its way onto the Billboard 200 with the now-legendary Brat Pack anthem "Pretty in Pink." With the release of third album Forever Now in 1982, the band made their first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 with single "Love My Way," an enduring cult classic that showcased their unique ability to achieve mainstream success without compromising their art rock ethos. With John Hughes' use of their track "Pretty in Pink" as the basis for his epochal 1986 film of the same name, the band achieved the height of their international success, paving the way for their continued touring nearly 30 years later.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"They are spot on. This is not a reunion tour or a bunch of old guys getting together - the band is tight and vocals are brilliant."
"They sound better than ever. Great show, lots of fun, great set list."
"The band was tight and Richard B was on top of his game! Love his vocals and moves - he's still got it!"
