What are the general rules of Coney Island?
ADMISSION POLICIES Show tent generally opens 1 ½ hours prior to the start of the show. Special seating will be reserved for guests with disabilities. Please contact a Guest Services Representative at the Checkpoint for more information. Exit/re-entry into the area inside Checkpoint is not permitted. All guests entering through the Checkpoint are subject to reasonable search. Refusal may be grounds to prohibit admission. Merchandise may not be sold or resold in the Facility or areas adjacent to the Facility, except by our authorized vendors. Outside food and beverages are NOT permitted beyond the Checkpoint. No strollers or baby joggers will be permitted beyond the Checkpoint area. Guests with strollers or baby joggers will be required to check and park them in the designated area located near the Checkpoint. Although claim tickets will be issued to guests checking strollers and other items, all checked items are left at your own risk. Smoking is prohibited at all times within the Facility. CODE OF CONDUCT Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection from the Facility and/or arrest. Please notify the nearest Guest Services or Safety/Security Representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you. Retain ticket stubs for Guest ServicesRepresentatives to verify your proper seat location. Adults should ensure that children are in possession of their own tickets. This will facilitate reuniting the child with parents should they become separated. Sit only in your assigned seat to avoid inconveniencing other guests. Keep aisles and stairways clear at all times. Guests sitting or standing in the tent aisles jeopardize the safety of others. Be prepared to show your ticket stub each time you enter your assigned seating section. ALCOHOL POLICY Our alcohol policy is designed to protect guests and the public from alcohol-related incidents. Guests are expected to follow all laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. Guests are responsible for their own drinking, and are expected to drink responsibly. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they have a safe means of transportation after they leave the Facility. This policy is subject to change at any time for any reason at the discretion of management There will be a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase. Each guest may possess no more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to any individual at any time. We reserve the right to eject any individuals under the age of 21 who illegally purchase, possess, or consume alcohol, as well as any individual who is, in our judgment, visibly intoxicated. Individuals providing alcohol to those under 21 will also be ejected. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 must provide valid proof of age in order to purchase alcohol.
