Roger Daltrey headlined on the rock legends cruise in February 2023 and was amazing! His first show was rescheduled because he still wasn’t feeling well and said he was recently in the hospital. And reading other reviews I see those shows were right before the cruise. I feel bad for the people who didn’t get to experience him at his full potential because his performance on the cruise was exceptional! He was personable, told stories, made jokes and laughed at his own mistakes. We even got to see a rehearsal to make up for the first performance he had to miss. Not sure if I’ll be able to make this tour but hoping he will be invited to perform again on the rock legends cruise in 2025! Such a fantastic experience!

Very Disappointed
My friends and I went to the Roger Daltrey concert at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater FL on February 11, 2023. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement. I have been a fan of Roger and the Who for all my life. He is normally a great singer, but not last night. The beginning songs rocked. After the first few songs he started complaining about the loudness of the piano and stopped a song right in the middle and then started it over. He did that about 3 different times. After stopping a song, he had Simon Townsend sing a song solo so that he could rest his voice a little. When he came back to sing again, I believe he sang one or two more songs. He hadn't even been performing for an hour yet, and he stopped the song he was singing, threw up his hands and told everyone that he could not continue. He walked off stage. I spent over $200 on this ticket and didn't even get an hours worth of music. I want my ticket price of over $200 and the $45 I spent on a concert t-shire refunded.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT
We went to see Roger Daltrey at the beginning of his tour in Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL. For the first couple of songs he played, everything was going great. A few songs in he stopped in the middle of the song, complaining about the volume of the piano. He claimed he couldn't hear himself sing. He started the song over and then finally finished the song. He sang another song or two and then stopped in the middle of another song. He announced to the audience that he had not been feeling well for the last couple of days and that his throat was bothering him. At that time he had Simon Townsend sing a song solo with his acoustic guitar. Then Roger came back and started playing and singing again. He sang one more song. Then less than an hour into the concert, he stopped again in the middle of a song and said he couldn't continue. He threw his arms up and walked off stage. A lot of people were pissed off, including myself. No word on getting our money back. We spent over $406 on tickets and I bought 2 concert t-shirts for $90. With dinner prior to the concert and drinks, I probably spent over $600 for the night and he ended it in less than an hour. I am extremely pissed. They never said anything about rescheduling the concert or getting a refund. I have been a lifelong Who fan and now will reconsider going to see them again when the come next year in concert. We want our money back for this "concert". Ticketmaster should go after Daltrey to get our money back.

Wasted Money
Tried to see him at Ruth Eckerd in Clearwater last night. He sounded great for the first couple of songs. Then he had a problem with the sound on stage and had to restart several songs. Then he said he had terrible reflux and couldn’t sing. Quit the show midstream. I have never been more disappointed by a performer in my life. Definitely not worth the 168 for the ticket, 3 hour drive and hotel room. That bucket list performance is gone.

Roger Daltrey Does "The Who" was amazing!
Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso Robles
Played most of our favorite songs out of the literally hundreds he could have played. Roger's band was outstanding, including Pete Townsend's son! Perfect shirt sleeve weather and all the ticket takers and ushers were very friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. The 2 hour drive to the venue from Santa Barbara was easy, too....we will be back!!!!

Great venue, excellent show, a few new ones mostly good old vintage Who and some more obscure not in previous live show songs, what a treat! You cant go wrong with anything live with The Who or Daltrey & his band they delivered !! It does not matter who is performing their songs they stand the test of time, EPIC!

Great Show! Still has the Voice!
Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso Robles
I was a little worried about roger's voice coming into the show but all fears were wiped away when he sang the first couple of notes. Overall great show cover lots of ground including some rare gems including Athena, I'm In tune, Going Mobile (sung by Simon Townshend) and Another Tricky Day!. No encore which was a bit disappointing.

Who fans will love this concert! Roger can still belt it out and it’s a real bonus to see Simon Townshend up there playing and singing (Pete”s little brother). WOW!
