Parking:
Parking is available at the arena for $5.00 and $7.00 per car. Ramps are .50 per hour. Customers may park downtown and take free cam-bus to arenaBox Office Numbers:

Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Window on the Southeast side no earlier than 12PM on the day of the event. Customers must have the actual credit card, picture ID and confirmation number to receive their tickets.Accessible Seating:
Concerts: All wheelchair seating is located at the concourse level. Unlike sporting events, the floor arrangement for concerts at Carver Hawkeye Arena make floor seating for persons who use wheelchairs a fire hazard. The only routes to and from the floor of the arena are the tunnel leading backstage and an elevator to the upper floor. In the case of concerts at Carver, the tunnel is partially blocked and not readily accessible by those in wheelchairs or those with limits to their mobility. The Fire Department personnel consider the use of elevators in emergency situations, unsafe. Since our concern is for the safety of all of our patrons, there is no wheelchair seating on the floor of Carver Hawkeye Arena for concert events.Athletic Events: All speical needs must be made to the Athletic Ticket Office (319-335-9327)
