Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center is located on the campus of Finger Lakes Community College. 3355 Marvin Sands Drive, Canandaigua, New York 14424.
From the West: NY State Thruway, take Exit 44 and follow Route 332 into town. Make a left on to Route 5/20 and follow the signs.
From the East: NY State Thruway, take Exit 43 and follow Route 21 South into City of Canandaigua and Follow Signs.

Parking

You may choose one of the following two lots. The General Parking lot ($10) is located on East Lake Road, approximately .5 miles from the venue. The Reserved VIP Parking lot ($20) is located on Lakeshore Drive, adjacent to the venue. Parking Half Price for all RPO Events.

Prior to show day tickets are available for pick up at Blue Cross Arena box office. On show day tickets must be picked up at CMAC box office. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place order and a photo I.D.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating can be sold online at ticketmaster.com, phones at 1-800-745-3000 or directly through the box office in person. Box office will assist with hearing impaired or visually requests only. 585-758-5384. No phone orders through box office on show days.

General Rules

Concert goes on rain or shine. Food and beverage is strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. Food, beer, wine, water and assorted soft drinks are available for purchase once on the grounds. No ticket exchanges, refunds or reprints.
