Directions:

From East or West take I30 to the Barry/Munger exit which turns into Fitzhugh. Follow the Starplex signs.

From North or South take I45 to Martin Luther King exit to Robert Cullem Blvd. Turn right and continue to Fitzhugh. Turn left and follow Starplex signs.

Parking:

Parking charge is $15.00.
Parking is only charged if the price is NOT included in the ticket.

Box Office Hours:

The EAST box office opens an hour and a half before the show.

The WEST box office is open from 11am-9pm on SHOW DAYS ONLY.

Will Call:

Tickets may be picked up 90 minutes prior to showtime or door time.

Tickets must be picked-up by the cardholder with the credit card used to place the order and valid photo I.D.

Accessible Seating:

100 Level : Accessible seating is available on Platforms in the back of sections 100 and 102.

200 Level : Accessible seating is available on Platforms in front of sections 200 and 205.

LAWN : Accessible seating is available on Platforms on the front of the lawn behind sections 200 and 205.

General Rules:

No food, drinks, coolers, lawn chairs, umbrellas, or cameras allowed. The amphitheatre institutes a "No re-entry policy" for all events. Gates into the pavilion open ninety minutes prior to the scheduled performance time.
Certain shows may restrict all beer and wine sales at that performers request. Note the clock in the concession stand indicates the time that the sale of alcoholic beverages is scheduled to be discontinued.
Certain events may also ban blankets for lawn seating.
Events go on as scheduled, rain or shine. If it rains on the day of an event, lawn seat patrons are encouraged to bring a blanket or plastic tarp to sit on.

Children Rules:

If a child has celebrated their 2nd birthday they must have a ticket. Prices are the same for children as adults.
