Directions:

From Minneapolis/St. Paul: Take I-35 North to the Hinckley exit (aprox. 90 miles). At the exit turn right - one mile to casino and amphitheater.

From Duluth: Take I-35 South to the Hinckley exit (approx. 70 miles), turn left at exit, one mile to casino and amphitheater.

Parking:

There is plenty of free parking in the casino parking lot.

Box Office Hours:

The Box Office is open from 8am to 10pm at both the Hinckley casino and the Mille Lacs casino.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The box office accepts cash, check, and all major charge cards.

Will Call:

On the day of show, will call tickets are available for pick-up inside the casino at the gift shop/box office. Tickets may also be picked up in advance at the Box Office during normal Box Office hours. Customer must bring picture ID, order number, and preferably, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Accessible Seating:

The facility is fully accessible. Accessible seating is available in all price levels.

General Rules:

Grand Casino is a gun-free facility.

Video cameras and recording devices are not allowed. Still cameras are generally permitted, however, it varies on a show-by-show basis.

No other carry-ins may be brought into the Amphitheater.

Children Rules:

Children are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian. All patrons must have a ticket.
