Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, House of Blues Gift Certificates. Credit card purchases require a valid matching photo ID.

Will Call

Will Call is available at least 1 hour prior to door time. Customer must present a valid photo ID and actual credit card used for purchase. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card used to purchase tickets.

Accessible Seating

Patrons that require Accessible seating should call the box office at 832-667-7732 to be added to the Accessible seating list once they have purchased tickets for the event. Space is limited and is based on a first come first serve basis.

For most events the floor level is General Admission / Standing Only. The Balcony level is reserved seating.
