Parking

Free parking provided in Greenway Plaza parking garages.

Handicap drop off is available on the circle drive located on the west side of the building off Timmons Lane. Handicap parking is provided in the City Club parking garage.

Box Office Hours

The Lakewood Church box office is only open 2 hours before an event in the northeast Grand Entry lobby. Tickets should be purchased online, at Houston Ticketmaster outlets or by phone at (713)629-3700

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks at Lakewood Church only with proper identification

Will call tickets will be available 2 hours befoe an event in the Northeast Grand Entry lobby.

No food or beverages are allowed in the arena.
Lakewood Church reserves the right to search personal property including purses and other large bags.
No flash photography.
No audio or video recorders.
No weapons or firearms.
No laser pointers, beach balls, Frisbees, etc.
Smoking is not allowed inside the building. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building.
No refunds or exchanges are given for Lakewood Church event tickets.

Children Rules

Children under 3 admitted free if seated in an adult’s lap.
