Directions:

From I-87 (Northway):
Take exit 13N to Route 9 North. Continue on Route 9 for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left into Saratoga Spa State Park. Follow the Avenue of the Pines through the park. Bear right at the fork. Upon exiting the park, turn left onto Route 50 South. Follow Route 50 for 1/4 mile. Turn left for main parking and the main box office, or right for extended parking (walk to main parking and box office over the pedestrian bridge).


Parking:

The main parking lot is located off Route 50 and opens 3 hours before show time. Gates open 1 1/2 hours before show time. Additional parking available in the Saratoga Spa State Park.

Box Office Hours:

Monday - Friday: 12 p.m. (noon) - 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sundays: Closed (unless there is an event when it opens at 2 p.m.)

On days of scheduled events, the Box Office remains open until intermission. The Hall of Springs Box Office opens two hours prior to performance. The Spa Little Theatre Box Office opens one hour prior to performance.

There is no box office service charge for SPAC Classical Events.

Will Call:

Will Call is located at the Main Box office off the Route 50 parking lot ONLY. We suggest you arrive at Will Call 1-2 hours prior to the show to avoid long lines. Please bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation number.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is available for purchase at all Ticketmaster outlets, Charge by Phone (518) 476-1000 and at the SPAC Box Office (518) 587-3330.

If someone has a medical condition that requires syringes or special medical attention, you should alert the SPAC staff on arrival who will notify SPAC Medical to discuss your needs.

Due to crowd size, accessible carts are not available during Live Nation events.


General Rules:

All events:
NO pets, roller blades, skateboards, bikes, video or audio recording equipment and grills or hibachis.
It's a violation of NYS law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on park property.

Classical Events (Ballet & Orchestra):
No Cameras. In the interest of our patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.

Jazz Festival:
NO glass of any kind. NO beer kegs or beer balls.

For New York City Ballet, The Philadelphia Orchestra and Jazz Festival Performances, picnics are permitted and beverages are allowed. Re-entry is also allowed for these events.

Live Nation Events:
The following items ARE allowed: Sealed bottle water, food, blankets, strollers, binoculars, backpacks, purses and lawn chairs. The following items are NOT allowed: glass, hard coolers, laser pens, illegal substances and re-entry.


Children Rules:

Children ages 2 or younger are admitted free to all events. For our patrons with reserved seating and children ages 2 or under, one child per lap please.

Children ages 2-12, with a paid adult ticket, are entitled to FREE lawn admission for all New York City Ballet (excluding The Ballet Gala), and The Philadelphia Orchestra performances and select Live Nation events. FREE tickets will be available at the SPAC Box Office one hour prior to the performance. (Identification may be requested.) Family Zone Info:
For most Live Nation events, there is a designated Family Zone on the lawn for guests who prefer to sit in areas that are free from alcohol and smoking.

Various beverages and food are available on the grounds. Beer is normally sold at all Live Nation events.
