When is the box office open?
Normal business hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm Mon - Fri Event Days: Normal Business Hours & open 1.5 hours before event time.
What payment types are accepted?
cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover
What are the will call rules?
Pick up tickets one hour prior to show. Customer must present the actual credit card used to place the order, the confirmation number and a photo I.D. The Main ticket office is located at the west end of the building (sales & will call).
What are the parking options at Verizon Wireless Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center?
Public Parking: parking deck (corner of Broad & Harrison St.) directly across from Siegel Center-- $3-$4 per event. Handicap parking is available at the parking deck. There is also a drop-off point in front of the Siegel Center. There is ample parking available.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available. For more information regarding accessible seating and accomodations, call (804)828-7267. For groups of 20 or more, call (804)828-7267 to inquire about special rates.
What are the general rules of Verizon Wireless Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center?
No smoking allowed. No outside food or beverage allowed.
Are children allowed?
Everybody must have a ticket, except for babes in arms under 1 year not occupying a seat.
