HOW TO GET TO THE TOWER SQUARE GARAGE
To get to CityStage using a GPS input:
150 Bridge Street,
Springfield, MA 01103

From the East: (Boston, MA):
Take the Mass Pike West to Exit 6 (Hartford/Springfield). At the traffic light turn left onto I-291 West. Go approximately 3 miles to I-91 North taking the first exit, 2B Dwight Street. Turn left at stop light onto Dwight Street. Go approximately 6 blocks to Bridge Street and turn right onto Bridge Street. Go to stop light at corner of Main and Bridge Streets. Continue Straight through the light and the entrance to the Tower Square Garage will be on the left.

From the South (Connecticut):
Traveling North from Hartford take I-91, then follow Exit 6 and continue North on Columbus Avenue. Drive past Symphony Hall on your right, and past the I-91 Garage on your left -- you will go through 2 sets of lights. The entrance to the Tower Square/Marriott parking garage ramp will be just across Boland Way on the right hand corner.

From the West (Albany, NY):
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) East to Exit 4. Take Interstate 91 South to Exit 7 (Columbus Avenue). At stop light take a left to go under the I-91 overpass. You will be at another stop light. Stay in the left lane. Tower Square will be directly in front of you on the left corner. Turn left at the light. You may enter the Tower Square parking garage via the ramp on your right.

From the North (Brattleboro, VT):
Take Interstate 91 South to Exit 7 (Columbus Avenue). At stop light take a left to go under the I-91 overpass. You will be at another stop light. Stay in the left lane. Tower Square will be directly in front of you on the left corner. Turn left at the light. You may enter the Tower Square parking garage via the ramp on your right.

HOW TO GET TO CITYSTAGE/SYMPHONY HALL FROM THE TOWER SQUARE GARAGE

HOW TO GET TO CITYSTAGE FROM THE TOWER SQUARE PARKING GARAGE:
Use the East Columbus Avenue elevators. Press the SL (Street Level) button. You will exit the elevators near Champion's. Take a left out of the elevator, and head down the hall toward Bridge Street. When you exit Tower Square, CityStage will be across the street. Air walk access is available on the 2nd floor of Tower Square. Press the UL (Upper Level) button on the elevator. Exit the elevator and take a left. Follow the hallway to your left (you will pass the Pan African Historical Museum exhibits which will be on the left and right). Continue straight across the air walk to Columbus Center and CityStage.

HOW TO GET TO SYMPHONY HALL FROM THE TOWER SQUARE PARKING GARAGE:
Use the East Columbus Avenue elevators. Press the SL (Street Level) button. You will exit the elevators near Champion's. Go through the sliding glass doors to the right, walk up the ramp and cross the Marriott lobby to exit onto Boland Way & Columbus Ave.

Parking

COMPLIMENTARY PARKING is offered at the Tower Square/ Marriott Hotel parking garage for SUBSCRIPTION SERIES SHOWS.

DISCOUNTED PARKING is offered at the Tower Square/Marriott Hotel parking garage for SPECIAL ENGAGEMENTS, at CityStage & Symphony Hall.

If you are unsure whether the show you are attending is a Subscription Series show or not, please call the box office at 413-788-7033.
The Tower Square Garage is accessible from Bridge Street or East Columbus Avenue.

Once you arrive at CityStage or Symphony Hall, please look for the Parking Kiosk. Show us your parking ticket from the Tower Square Garage, and you will receive a "chaser ticket" that acts as validation when you exit the garage. You will need both tickets when leaving the garage. At the pay machine, insert the blue parking ticket into the pay machine first, then use your validated chaser ticket as payment.
