FROM Logan International Airport and Route 1A South:
Follow the signs towards I-90 West - Ted Williams Tunnel. Take the Ted Williams Tunnel/I-90 West to Exit 25 "South Boston". At the top of the ramp proceed straight onto B Street. At the end of B Street, take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. Seaport Boulevard becomes Northern Avenue. Bank of America Pavilion will be approximately 1/3 mile ahead on the left.

FROM Western Massachusetts via Massachusetts Turnpike:
Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike /Interstate 90 East to Exit 25 "South Boston". At the top of the ramp, bear left towards "Seaport Boulevard" and at the first set of lights proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. Seaport Boulevard becomes Northern Avenue. Bank of America Pavilion will be approximately 1/3 mile ahead on the left.

FROM Points South via I-93:
Heading northbound on Interstate 93 towards Boston, take Exit 20, which will be immediately after Exit 18. Follow the signs towards "I-90 East". Take the first tunnel exit to "South Boston". At the first set of lights at the top of the ramp, proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. Seaport Boulevard becomes Northern Avenue. Bank of America Pavilion will be approximately 1/3 mile ahead on the left.

FROM Points North via I-93*:
Heading southbound on Interstate 93 Boston, take Exit 23 "Purchase Street/South Station". At the top of the ramp, take a left onto Seaport Boulevard and proceed over the Moakley Bridge, Seaport Boulevard. Seaport Boulevard becomes Northern Avenue. Bank of America Pavilion will be approximately 1.0 mile ahead on the left.

FROM Points West via Storrow Drive:
Take Storrow Drive East to Leverett Circle and follow signs for Interstate 93 South. Once on Interstate 93 South, follow directions from "Points North".

Parking

Parking is available for Bank of America Pavilion patrons at the Seaport Hotel Garage and the EDIC Garage; both are within a short walk of the Pavilion. The Seaport Hotel Garage can be accessed from Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance is at the intersection of Seaport Boulevard and B Street, three blocks before the Bank of America Pavilion. The EDIC garage is on Northern Avenue. Follow Northern Avenue past the Bank of America Pavilion, straight around the rotary and it will be ahead on the right.

Public Transportation
Take the MBTA subway, commuter rail, or bus to South Station and connect with the MBTA Silver Line Waterfront (one level above the Red Line, one level below the food court) to Silver Line Way. You will see the Bank of America Pavilion which is a short walk from this stop.

Monday through Friday (except holidays) 12-5pm and Show days.

On show days, the box office will close one hour after the start of the performance. Doors open 1 hour prior to performance.

Tickets are also available at the Orpheum Theatre Monday through Saturday 10-5pm. The Orpheum is located at One Hamilton Place, Boston MA 02108

Accessible Seating

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available for patrons in wheelchairs or with impaired mobility. They may be purchased at the Box Office, over the phones, or at Ticketmaster retail locations and on-line.
Sight-impaired seats may be purchased by calling the Orpheum Box Office at 617-482-0651, or directly through Ticketmaster. Patrons purchasing accessible seating and requiring more than one companion seat may also call the Orpheum Box Office.

All events take place rain or shine.
No refunds or exchanges.
No lawn chairs.
No food or beverages (except factory-sealed bottles of water).
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere at the venue.
No Re-Admission
Ticket limit of 8 per purchase is standard (with some exceptions).

Backpacks and Large Bags:
Bank of America Pavilion strongly discourages customers from bringing backpacks and large bags (over 1 gallon size) to the Pavilion. All backpacks and large bags will be subject to a thorough inspection at a designated entry gate and may delay your entry into the Pavilion.
Camera Policy:
Personal, non-professional cameras are allowed in the venue unless they are prohibited by the artist. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

Group Sales:
No group discounts. Functions may be booked through the venue administration office.

Children Rules

Children (babies in arms) under 2 years are free if seated in the lap of a ticketed adult. All other children are allowed with a full priced ticket.
