Directions:

  • From Albany and Points North via NY State 87 (Thruway):
    NY State Thruway south to exit #18 - New Paltz. Rt. 299 east to end. At lights, right onto Rt. 9W south. Approximately 5 miles to Mid-Hudson Bridge/Rt. 44/55 east. Go over bridge, at third traffic light make a left on to Market Street. After second light - look for the Civic Center and Sheraton on left. Park in the hotel lot or municipal parking lot across from MHCC.

  • From NY City and Points South via NY State 87 (Thruway):
    NY State Thruway north to exit #18 - New Paltz. (Continue from directions above)

  • From New England and Points East via Taconic State Parkway:
    Taconic Parkway to exit for Rt. 55 - Poughkeepsie. Follow signs for Poughkeepsie, watch for merge with Rt. 44. Continue on Rt. 44/55. In city stay in left lane, look for the Sheraton Civic Center Hotel on the corner of market St. Proceed around and behind hotel, at next light make a left onto Main St. At the light, make a left onto Market St., look for Civic Center and Sheraton on left. Park in hotel lot or municipal lot acroos MHCC.

  • From Rt. 684:
    Rt.684 North to Interstate 84 West - Newburgh. Exit: Fishkill - Rt. 9 North. Continue on 9 north to Main St. - Poughkeepsie exit. At stop sign, make a right onto Main St., continue to 3rd trafic light. Left onto Market St., see Civic Center - Sheraton on left. Park in hotel lot or municipal parking lot across from MHCC.

    Parking:

    Available next door to the facility and across the street. For city lots, a fee will be charged.

    Public Transportation:

    By Metro North:
    Take Metro North to the Poughkeepsie Station. The Civic Center is 5 blocks up on Main Street (within walking distance).
