Directions:

Van Andel Arena is located in downtown Grand Rapids.

From the North: Take US 131 South and exit off on Market Street. Go straight at the light and this will dead end at the parking areas behind the Arena.

From the South: Take US 131 North and exit off on Market Street. Turn right on Market and go to the second street and turn left on Cherry. This will dead end at the parking areas behind the Arena.

From the East: Take I-96 West until it turns into I-196. Follow I-196 to Ottawa Avenue exit 77C. Go straight on Ottawa, this will dead end at Fulton. Cross Fulton and follow to the parking areas behind the Arena.

From the West: Take I-196 East to Ottawa Avenue exit 77C. This will dead end at Fulton. Cross Fulton and follow to the parking areas behind the Arena.

Parking:

Parking is located directly behind the Arena with fees starting at $2 to $7.

Various city parking lots are also available.

The Van Andel Arena Box Office is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with extended hours on event days and nights.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. Checks are accepted up to 7 days prior to event.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Will Call window beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to the event start time. Customers must have their Confirmation Number and Photo Identification.
