When is the box office open?
The Box Office is open: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM *Week of show: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM *Open weekends if there is an event scheduled. Call box office for times.
What payment types are accepted?
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cash and Check are accepted.
What are the will call rules?
Will Call tickets can be picked up staring 1 hour prior to show time. Customers must have their Confirmation Number and Photo Identification.
What are the parking options at Kellogg Arena?
Parking is not included in the ticket price. Fee based lot parking is available. There is a ramp on the West side of the arena and a lot on the South side. Parking starts at $3 and up.
Is there accessible seating?
Customers needing Special Seating Arrangements should contact the Box Office at 269-965-3308 prior to the event.
