The Orbit Room is located in suburban Grand Rapids at East Beltline and 28th Street directly behind the Center Pointe Mall.
Simply follow the signs to the Center Pointe Mall.

Parking:

There is plenty of FREE parking in front of, and around, the building.

Wednesday through Friday: 12:30 Noon to 5:30 PM.

The Box Office opens at 3:00pm on Days Of Events NOT listed above.

Box Office is also open during Club Nights when the doors open.

Types of Payment Accepted:

Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted.

Will Call:

Tickets can be picked up beginning 1 hour prior to event time at the Box Office. Customers must have their Confirmation Number, the credit card the order was placed under, and the Confirmation Number.

Accessible Seating:

Customers needing Special Seating Arrangements should purchase a General Admission ticket and needs will be accommodated at the door.

General Rules:

Cameras are generally not permitted for touring bands.
Call the Box Office for further information.
Smoking is allowed.

Children Rules:

All patrons must have a ticket. Some shows may be restricted to 18 or older. Check the ticket for this restriction.

All patrons must have Photo Identification. No ID, no entry.

Miscellaneous:

Most shows are General Admission/Standing Room, there is limited seating available on a first come first served basis.
The balcony has theater style seats that are often sold as reserved.
