Directions:

The Marcus Amphitheater and Summerfest grounds are located in downtown Milwaukee on Lake Michigan. The Marcus Amphitheater and its Box Office are located on the south end of the Summerfest grounds at the end of Polk Street east of Harbor Drive.

Construction on the Marquette Interchange has resulted in ongoing changes to exit ramps. Please visit www.mchange.org to obtain current driving directions to downtown Milwaukee.

Outside Summerfest: Once downtown, take Water Street to Chicago Avenue. Travel east on Chicago Avenue to Harbor Drive. Go south on Harbor Drive to Polk Street. Make a left turn on Polk Street for passenger drop off and the box office. Turn right on Polk Street for event parking.

During Summerfest: Harbor drive is closed to public traffic durring Summerfest. From Water Street, turn east on Erie Street and follow signs to the parking lots nearest the Marcus Amphitheater. Patrons may also park in any outlying downtown parking lot and take a shuttle bus to the festival north gate.

Parking:

Parking nearest the Marcus Amphitheater may be accessed by traveling east on Erie Street from Water Street. Access to this lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-paid parking for this lot may be purchased in advance on Ticketmaster.com or at the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office.

Box Office Hours:

The Marcus Amphitheater Box Office's regular hours begin Monday, April 2 and are as follows: Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM and Saturday from 10AM to 1PM. Closed Sunday. The Box Office will be open from 10AM to 1 hour after the stated show time for concerts taking place Monday-Saturday and from 12 Noon to 1 hour after the stated show time for concerts on Sundays.

Ticketing Kiosks. Admission passes, Marcus Amphitheater concert tickets and will-call printing are available at Ticketmaster self-service kiosks located on the Summerfest grounds. Kiosk transactions are available between 10am and Midnight daily. Kiosks are located at the Mid-Gate next to the ticket windows, next to the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office near the South Gate and on the Summerfest Grounds at the Information Booth near Mid-Gate.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, travelers checks, valid Summerfest gift cards and Ticketmaster gift cards only.

You can now print your Will-Call tickets for your Marcus Amphitheater concert at several self-service Ticketing Kiosks located around the Summerfest grounds!
Ticketmaster Kiosks are located:
Outside the gates, next to the Ticket Windows at the Mid Gate Entrance
Outside the gates next to the Marcus Amphitheater ticket office (South Entrance)
Inside the grounds next to the Summerfest Information Center
Picking up will-call has never been easier! Touch the Will-Call Pickup button on the kiosk screen, swipe your credit card (used for purchase) and your tickets will print!
No additional fees for picking up your order via Kiosks.

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office on the day of show only. The purchaser,or the person authorized to pick up tickets during the on-line ticket purchase process, must bring a photo ID, confirmation number, and the credit card used for purchase when picking up Will Call tickets.

Accessible Seating:

The Marcus Amphitheater is wheelchair accessible and provides accessible seating at all price levels. Limit one companion ticket for each accessible seat purchased. To purchase accessible seating, please call the Box Office at 414-273-2600 Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm during the concert season.

General Rules:

Persons entering the facility may be subject to search for contraband, cameras, video equipment and recording devices which are expressly forbidden on facility premises and subject to confiscation. No backpacks, large bags or other carry-ins, glass, bottles, cans, wagons, in-line skates, skateboards, kites, frisbees, lawn chairs, laser pointers, pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons, or objects that could be used as weapons. No strollers or umbrellas allowed in amphitheater. MWF reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time.

Children Rules:

Children age 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parents lap.

Miscellaneous:

Tickets for North Stage and Miller Lite Oasis shows that take place outside of Summerfest can be purchased at the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office. Summerfest admission tickets can be purchased at the Marcus Amphitheater Box Office.
The Box Office does not sell tickets for any of the cultural or ethnic festivals held on the festival grounds before or after Summerfest.
