Box Office Hours:

The Box Office hours vary depending on the day, but the Box Office is always open 45 minutes prior to show time.
Advance tickets are available at the Festival stores located at Borders Books 2817 N. Clark Street and at Borders Books 830 N. Michigan Avenue.

The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Will Call:

Will Call tickets can be picked up the day of the show at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.
