Parking:

Parking lots are located south of the Shedd at Soldier Field, at the north lot of the Field Museum and off Solidarity Drive. Metered parking is available along Solidarity Drive.

Box Office Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends, holidays and throughout the summer (June-August). 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Winter weekdays (September-May). Closed Christmas Day.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Box Office accepts Cash, Travelers Checks (with proper ID), Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.

Will Call:

Tickets held for Will Call can be picked up during Box Office hours on the day they were ordered for. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.

Children Rules:

There are no age restrictions. Children 2 years and under are admitted free. Strollers are permitted throughout the building. There is no stroller check.
