The Box office is open Monday through Friday; 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

The Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
What are the will call rules?
The will call window is located inside the main entrance on the west side of the Events Center. Tickets can be picked up no earlier than three hours before the event. To claim will call tickets, the patron must have the actual credit card used when ordering, confirmation number and a photo ID.
What are the parking options at Clay County Regional Events Center?
Abundant free parking is available on the north and west sides of the Events Center.
Is there accessible seating?
Accommodations for those with special needs include accessible parking and drop-off areas, wheelchair accessible seating and accessible restrooms. Accessible seating locations vary with event configuration.
What are the general rules of Clay County Regional Events Center?
Non-smoking facility. No outside food and beverage allowed. Concessions available on premise. No recording devices are allowed. Generally, still cameras are allowed. Individual events may disallow all photography. Also prohibited are firearms, explosives, weapons and laser pointers.
Are children allowed?
