Directions:

From the North: Take I-29 to the Demers exit. Turn East and go to 42nd Street. Turn South on 42nd Street and follow it to the Alerus Center.

From the South: Take I-29 to the 32nd Avenue exit. Go East to 42nd Street. Turn North on 42nd Steet and follow it to the Alerus Center.

Parking:

Parking is available on the North and South sides of the Alerus Center. There will be a $5 parking fee on ticketed events of $10 or more.

Box Office Hours:

The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. On a show date, the box office is open from 10:00 am to showtime.

Will Call:

Will call is located at the box office at the main entrance, and the SE corner of the building. To claim will call, customers must present a valid photo, the order number and the credit card that the order was placed with.

Accessible Seating:

Accessible seating is located in sections 202-209 and also on the main floor (depending on event configuration). Elevators are located at all entrances.

Devices to assist hearing impaired customers are available at the box office.

General Rules:

Cameras, recording devices, bottles, cans, coolers, weapons and fireworks are prohibitted.

There is no smoking in the arena.

Children Rules:

Everyone in attendance must have a ticket.

The City of Grand Forks has opened the premiere events and convention facility in the entire region. The Alerus Center offers a unique combination of space for a variety of events, including conventions of up to 2000 people, trade shows, football games, concerts of various sizes, soccer games, circuses, and other family shows.
